The HISR Blue Line Program allows law enforcement organizations to access resources that they would otherwise be unable to, providing officers with advanced training to improve decision making, increase safety, and reduce risks to citizens and communities.
The R.E.A.C.T. (Rapid Engagement and Critical Thinking) Training Course was developed by Brett Jones and Hobbs Island Shooting Range, in partnership with Marathon Targets and Owens Crossroads Police, to combine practical scenarios with autonomous robotic systems, providing officers with realistic training to improve decision making, increase safety, and reduce risks to citizens and communities.
This course counts as 12 CEUs.
Brett Jones is a 10 year veteran of the U.S. Navy SEAL Teams, served 13 years as a Global Response Agent for the CIA, currently serves as a Police Officer with the Owens Crossroads Police Department, and is CEO of Riley Security based in Huntsville, AL.

NEVER fool around or play with guns. Guns are dangerous when they are not handled or used properly. They can easily injure or kill you and those around you. There are no second chances with a gun and the rules for safe gun handling must always be followed to avoid accidents.

We offer complete beginners and advanced sharpshooters alike access to outdoor ranges from 25 yards to 380 yards, dedicated pistol bays, steel targets, and much more.
